The orthotics are covered with leather. This allows them to both absorb moisture away from the feet and enable air to circulate around the feet. If the orthotics get damp, they can be removed from the shoes and allowed to air so they dry slowly. They can also be hand-washed in lukewarm water and mild soap powder. Allow to dry before using.
