excessive stretching of the muscles and ligaments,
and help to correct abnormal joint motions in the feet,
ankles, knees, hip, and back. All of which helps to
maintain healthy arches and provide a correct balance
between the bones, muscles and joints between the
left and right sides of the body.

They are light, flexible and made of natural materials. This helps to ensure user comfort, absorb dampness (helping to keep the feet dry), and provide durability.

The orthotics can be fitted into most sports, leisure or dress shoes. Whether walking or running the orthotics move with your feet to provide support; maintain the correct alignment of the joints; exercise the muscles and strengthen the arches.
