At the time of ordering the size of the patients feet and shoes are determined.

The sizes used to measure the patients shoe and feet is the standard size and wideness as determined by orthopaedic specialists to provide healthy support and stability.

The orthotics fit into most shoes as long as the inner base is flat and wide enough. It may be necessary to the orthotics to help achieve a better fit in a particular pair of shoes. If the orthotics do need to be shortened it is important that they are trimmed from the toe only. DO NOT trim the heel.
